The New Section Dialog

Use the New Section dialog to define a new section element.

General Tab

The General tab contains:

• the Name of the section: you cannot use the following characters: \ / : * ? " < > |
• the Description of the section
• the Trigger for this section – click to display the Triggers dialog; from there, you can select an existing trigger or create a new trigger
• a Replace section... option; if this option is selected, then you cannot edit the Name, Description or Comments

Comments

Enter any Comments about this section.

Recipients Tab

Use the Recipients tab to assign recipients to this section. For details, see Creating a Recipient Using Document Properties.
