Batch Search Results

When you search for a batch, the batches matching your search criteria appear in a Results tab.

The columns available for display are:

Archived – indicates whether the batch has been archived
Assembly Line – the assembly line of the batch; click the name to view assembly line details
Batch – the batch ID; click the batch ID to view batch details
Code – the error code
Ended – the date and time that the transaction processing ended
Format – the print or output type of the publication associated with the batch
Historical – indicates whether batch has been moved to the historical tables
Log – click to view log details
Name – the name of the output batch
Notified – indicates whether a notification has been sent to a recipient of the batch
Pages – the number of pages in the document
Published – indicates whether the batch has been published
Recipients – the number of recipients of the batch
Scheduled – the date and time that the batch is scheduled to run
Sheets – the number of sheets in the document
Started – the date and time that the batch processing actually began
State – the processed state of the batch
Status – the status of the batch
Type – the batch type: immediate or scheduled
Transactions – the number of transactions in the batch
