Batch Search Results
When you search for a batch, the batches matching your search criteria appear in a Results tab.
The columns available for display are:
- Archived – indicates whether the batch has been archived
- Assembly Line – the assembly line of the batch; click the name to view assembly line details
- Batch – the batch ID; click the batch ID to view batch details
- Code – the error code
- Ended – the date and time that the transaction processing ended
- Format – the print or output type of the publication associated with the batch
- Historical – indicates whether batch has been moved to the historical tables
- Log – click
to view log details
- Name – the name of the output batch
- Notified – indicates whether a notification has been sent to a recipient of the batch
- Pages – the number of pages in the document
- Published – indicates whether the batch has been published
- Recipients – the number of recipients of the batch
- Scheduled – the date and time that the batch is scheduled to run
- Sheets – the number of sheets in the document
- Started – the date and time that the batch processing actually began
- State – the processed state of the batch
- Status – the status of the batch
- Type – the batch type: immediate or scheduled
- Transactions – the number of transactions in the batch
