Publication Search Results

When you search for a publication, the publications matching your search criteria are displayed in a Results tab.

The columns available for display are:

Assembly Line – the assembly line of the publication; click a name to view assembly line details

Batch – the ID of the publication's batch; click an ID to view batch details
Code – the error code
Ended – the date and time that the publication processing ended
Format – the format of the publication
Historical – indicates whether the publication has been moved to a historical table
Log – click to view the log details of the transaction
Notification Ended – the date that notification processing ended
Notification Started – the date that notification processing started
Notification Status – the notification processing status
Notified – indicates whether a notification has been sent to the publication's recipient
Pages – the number of pages in the document
Publication – the ID associated with the publication
Published – indicates whether the publication has been published
Publishing Ended – the date that the publishing process ended
Publishing Started – the date that the publishing process started
Publishing Status – the status of the publishing process for the publication
Recipients – the number of recipients in the publication
Sequence – the order in which the publications will be published
Sheets – the number of sheets in the document
Started – the date and time that publication processing started
State – the processed state of the publication
Status – the processing status of the publication
Transactions – the number of transactions in the publication
