Searching Batches
When searching batches, you can enter the following search criteria:
- the Assembly Line
- the Batch ID
- the Name of the batch
- the Batch Type – Immediate or Scheduled
- the Output Format, or print type, of the batch
- Scheduled Time – the date range of when the batch was scheduled to run; to select a date, use the calendar function
- Transaction Count – a range of the numbers of transactions in a batch
- Recipient Count – a range of the numbers of recipients in a batch
- a range for the Page Count of the numbers of pages in a batch
- a range for the Sheet Count of the numbers of sheets in a batch
- whether the batch has been Archived
- whether the batch has been Published
- whether a recipient of the batch has been Notified
- Started Time – the time when the batch began processing; to select a date, use the calendar function
- Ended Time – the time when the batch processing ended; to select a date, use the calendar function
- the batch's processed State
- whether the batch has been moved to a Historical table
After searching batches, the batch search results appear.
