Searching Publications

When searching for a publication, you can enter the following search criteria:

• the Assembly Line type
• the Batch ID
• the Publication ID
• the Output Format – the print type

• Transaction Count – a range of the total number of transactions in the publication
• Recipient Count – a range of the total number of recipients in the publication
• Page Count – a range of the total number of pages in the publication
• Sheet Count – a range of the total number of sheets in the publication

• whether the publication has been Archived 
• whether the publication has been Published
• whether the publication contains a recipient who has been Notified

• Started Time – the time when the publication began to be processed, including the publishing, archiving, and notification stages; to select a date, use the calendar function
• Ended Time – the time when the publication's processing ended; to select a date, use the calendar function

• the publication's processed State
• whether the publication has been moved to a Historical table

After searching publications, the publication search results appear.
