For example, in a default installation, public users who visit WebCenter Spaces see the public WebCenter Welcome Page. The Welcome page is a system page that is provided to accommodate public users who visit your WebCenter instance. Public users are users who have not provided login credentials. The Welcome page ensures that such users have a landing place when they navigate to your WebCenter.

In addition to the Welcome page, system pages include a variety of customizable utility pages, such as prebuilt login pages, to facilitate rapid development of your WebCenter portal and promote your internal brand.
