Addressee Properties

When creating or modifying an addressee, you can enter or update the following properties:

the addressee's Name
the addressee's Role
the addressee's Email address
the addressee's Phone number
the addressee's Fax number
the addressee'sDistribution type
the addressee's Type -
- Primary: the main recipient of the document
- CC: a secondary ("carbon copy") recipient of the document
Address 1 – the first address line; required if the distribution method is mail
Address 2 – an optional second line for the address
Country – required if the distribution method is mail
the addressee's State/Province/Region
the addressee's City – required if the distribution method is mail
the addressee's Postal Code – required if the distribution method is mail
Notification Language – the language that the addressee will be notified with via SMS
