Create Addressee

You can create an Addressee which can then be assigned to a document for distribution.

To create an addressee

  1. When creating or updating a document, click the Addressee tab.
  2. Click the Create Addressee button New addressee.
  3. An Addressee with no name is added to the Addressees table. 
  4. In the Properties section below, enter the Addressee's properties. When you are done, click Update.

The information in the Addressee table is updated, and the Addressee is assigned to this document.
