Favorite Forms

Favorite forms are form documents that you most commonly use. Adding a form to the favorite form list allows you to quickly add it to a document.

The Favorite Forms pane appears to the right of the Forms tab.

In the Favorite Forms pane, you can:

• add a form to the document by highlighting it then clicking Add
• preview a form using the preview button
• remove a form from the Favorite Forms list by selecting the form, then clicking
• perform a query by example by clicking  

You can use the View menu to:

• display and hide columns
• reorder columns
• change the column sort order
