The context already exists. Duplicate context UUIDs are not allowed.

• Cause: A context instance UUID was specified that already exists.
• Action: Use a different context UUID.

The error message associated with this exception is:

IRM-01038: A context with \"{0}\" already exists.

This exceptions is used as a fault in web services endpoint interfaces.
