Delete an application
When you delete (uninstall) an application, Weblogic Server no longer has any knowledge of it and you can obviously no longer start it. If you need to deploy and start the application again, you must re-install it.
Before you can delete an application, you must stop it to ensure that it is not still running and servicing client applications.
