To use this API, you should connect to the AdminServer's domainruntime MBeanServer.

The top-level mbean (BIDomainMBean) is accessed under the following ObjectName: oracle.biee.admin:type=BIDomain,group=Service. All other mbeans are accessible by walking the tree of mbean names returned by this mbean.
