24 Virtual Directory

This chapter describes Oracle Virtual Directory metrics.

24.1 Adapter Metrics

The category specifies the metrics about the currently configured Adapters.

24.1.1 Open Connections

This metric specifies the total number connections opened by a particular Adapter since last collection.

User Action

Enable or disable an adapter using Oracle Directory Services Manager by logging in to Oracle Directory Services Manager, selecting Adapter from the task selection bar, clicking the adapter you want to enable or disable, setting the Active option, and then clicking Apply.

24.1.5 Add Operations

This metric specifies the total number of Add operations performed by a particular Adapter since last collection.

This category provides information about distinct IP Address that are connected to Oracle Virtual Directory

This metric specifies the Current Open connections from a particular IP Address.

This metric specifies the Total number of connections from a particular IP Address.
