Basic security has been set up in the Security tables on the Database Server. The Security Server is running on the Enterprise Server. Important:
The Support Assistant is delivered with the Deployment Server installation and is located inside the Change Assistant folder. This is an executable that collects information such as configuration and logs. In the event that you place a Service call, Global Customer Service may request that you run the Support Assistant.Note:
