The Field Service Dashboard is the entry point for field service administrators and managers to update and post debrief lines, create and order parts, and return excess or defective parts on behalf of field service technicians.
Using selection filters including Group, Territory, or Resource, an administrator can search for tasks assigned to all the resources for the selected group, territory, or search for a particular resource in a group or a territory. If a resource is selected, then the administrator can search for parts, return parts, and receive parts for the selected resource. Otherwise, the links to parts search, return and receive parts will be used to perform transactions for the logged in user's subinventories.
Using the Field Service Administrator Dashboard, you can do the following:
View the transaction history
View a technician's trunk stock
