The Resize ASM Cluster File System Page helps you to augment or reduce the mounted ACFS file system and its corresponding ASM volume to match the specified size. The disk group must have enough free storage to accommodate the requested increase to the file system size. Reducing a file system size returns unused storage space located at the end of the files system to the disk group. Using the Resize ACFS option, you can resize the ACFS filesystem and the ASM volume device in one step.
