extends URIIndication

The URI indication to describe the error occurs during a call. It maybe an URI of a media file which give a speech description, or a SIP/SIPS URI as contact address for forwarding. it also can be a URI token with conventional meaning. Refer to definition of Error-Info header in rfc3261.
