Use the Account tab to view account related information. You can navigate to this zone in one of the following ways:
After searching for a person or account in the 360 Degree Search, clicking on the Account column in the results brings you to this tab.
If an account is in context, you may use the Go To 360 Degree View in the account's context menu to navigate here.
From the main tab of this portal, there is a zone that lists accounts for the displayed person with a 360 button adjacent to each. Clicking that button broadcasts that account and brings the user to this tab.
The tab contains the following base zones:
Account Overview: displays the person information for the account's main person, the account's information string and its current overall balance.
Addresses: displays all the possible addresses currently linked to the account or its main person. If addresses are defined on the Person record using the mailing address or miscellaneous address collection, each address is shown along with an indication of the type. If the account defines a mailing location, that address is shown. If an address is defined in the Account / Person definition, that address is shown.
Account Tree: displays various information related to the account in tree format. It displays the persons linked to the account. It displays tax roles for the account grouped by tax type. for each tax role, any non-closed, non-canceled obligations are displayed.
Tax Roles: displays a list of the tax roles linked to this account.
Click the broadcast button to refresh the dashboard context with this tax role. The data for this tax role becomes visible on the tax role tabs for the portal.
Click the 360 button to navigate to the Tax Role tab to view data for this tax role. If this tax role is not the one displayed in the dashboard, the dashboard is refreshed with this tax role.
Active Collections: displays active collections for the account. It lists the following active events: Overdue Processes, Collection Case, Pay Plan, Agency Referrals and Suppressions.
Form History: displays a list of the most recent 24 tax forms for the account. If an account has more than 24 tax forms, a user may open the filter to search for specific tax forms using various criteria.
Your configuration may also configure one or more timeline zones that allow you to view various events that occur in the same time period. Various base timeline algorithms are provided to display account related information such as Payment Events, Audit Cases, Suppression, Appeals, Collection Cases and Tax Forms. Refer to Configuring Timeline Zones for more information. See below for functionality available in timeline zones.
