Retrieve the ContentURI for the given external velocity path.

Parameters:

clientApplication - the client application

velocityPath - the velocity path

Returns:

the normalized path

isTemplateApplicationPath

Determine if the template path is an application template (i.e. starts with '/wcm/app')

true if this is a template path

normalizePath

Normalize the path by removing the '/wcm/app' prefix
