Printing Incident Tickets

Use this procedure to print an Incident Ticket.

To print an Incident Ticket:

  1. Log in to Oracle Advanced Monitoring and Resolution.

    The Oracle Advanced Monitoring and Resolution Home appears.

  2. On the Advanced Monitoring tab, select Search IM Tickets from the Incident menu.

    The Search IM Ticket page appears.

  3. From the Search IM Ticket page, search for Incident Tickets as described in Searching Incident Tickets.

  4. Locate the Incident Ticket, then click Printable Page.

    The Print IM Ticket page appears for the selected Incident Ticket in a new window, displaying the following information:

    • Ticket Detail

    • WorkLog

    • EventLog

    • Attachments

  5. Use your browser print function to print the Incident Ticket.
