Since we are only reporting on one title, the Feedback Report shows the title at the top of the page. It also shows the date selection.
The report information shows the feedback subject item, the activity, and the path to the commented subject item.
The report includes the submitted feedback and feedback monitor responses, the user providing the responses, and the date/time of the activity. The feedback monitor responses are indented to show the conversation flow.
