You can select the Organization and Name used to send data from an Strategic Finance file to your Hyperion Enterprise application from the Edit Hyperion EnterpriseExport Map—Common tab. The tab provides several parameters that control how users can apply the map file and the format in which the data is sent.
To map Hyperion Enterprise export accounts:
The current Hyperion Enterprise application and current Hyperion Enterprise organization are displayed.
In Default Name, select the entity to be used for importing or exporting by default.
Optional: To use multiple Hyperion Enterprise account and name combinations, select Prompt for name when importing data?
For instance, if California and Illinois were names in an Hyperion Enterprise application, you could import data from Sales/California and Sales/Illinois.
Optional: To override the default name, select HSF file contains more than one name?
Valid only if your map file imports data from a default name.
Optional: To import data from Hyperion Enterprise in the same units as in Strategic Finance, select Scale data imported from Hyperion Enterprise?
With this option, if the Strategic Finance file is scaled in millions and Sales in the Hyperion Enterprise application has a value of 17, Sales is stored in the Strategic Finance file as 17 million. If data values were not scaled, Sales is stored in the Strategic Finance file as 17. This number is very small when displayed in Strategic Finance. If valid Hyperion Enterprise data imports as zero, use this option.
