Add Color Palette

Defines the colors to use in a color palette.

*  To define the colors in a color palette:

  1. In Palette Name, enter a name for the color palette.

    For example, you could define a color palette to use for all your financial reports and a different color palette to use for all you sales reports.

  2. Click Add to define the first color in the color palette.

    You can also click Edit to edit an existing color, Remove to remove a color from the palette, Copy to create a copy of a color in the palette, Move Up to move a color up in the color sequence, and Move Down to move a color down in the color sequence.

  3. Enter a name for the color and click the list box to select a color from the color palette that appears.

  4. Click OK to return to the Add Color Palette dialog box and define the second color to be use in the palette.

    You must define at least two colors in each color palette. After you define a color, it appears in the Color Sequence column. When you click on a color in the Color Sequence column, the name you defined for the color displays.

  5. After you define all the colors in the color palette, click OK.
