ATG Campaign Optimizer uses the underlying ATG Content Administration system to deploy test assets to the ATG Content Administration Production/Staging module. The ATG Content Administration system itself uses DAF Deployment, the deployment mechanism in the ATG platform, to move assets from a development environment to a staging or production environment. There are some configuration steps you must complete to set up both DAF Deployment and the deployment features in ATG Content Administration for ATG Campaign Optimizer.
