Creating Roles and Resources

You create roles and resources in Administration Mode in the company workspace. These can be used with the Resource Manager.

 

Create a role

Add a billable rate to a role (Rates tab)

Add resources to a role (Resources tab)

Import roles

Create a resource

Add a role to a resource (Roles tab)

Add a skill set to a resource (Skills tab)

View and manage resource booking details (Calendar tab)

View resource project booking information (Projects tab)

Import resources

Update resource information by importing
