SSU Sub-System Number Management Interface

`void`	`statusCongestionLevel(short level)` Request to inform the SCCP management that Sub-System state changed to congested (issue N-STATE request towards the SCCP Management)

Returns SubSystem status. <lu>

True: Sub System is in service.

False: Sub System is out of service </lu>

Returns:: user-in-service or user-out-of-service

getSSN

Returns the current Sub System Number value

Request to inform the SCCP management that Sub-System state changed to in-service (issue N-STATE request towards the SSU Management)
