Account Status Dialog Box

Use the Account Status dialog box to change an account's status.

Field Description
Status Select the new status.
Status change effective date If you select Inactive or Closed for the new status, you can make the change take effect immediately, schedule the change in the future, or backdate the change.
Select a reason Select the reason that most closely matches the situation.
Notes (Optional) Enter notes.
