- Creates the corresponding activity. To identify this activity, it uses the Siebel repeating pattern that contains the longest interval between occurrences and that can incorporate all occurrences of the chosen IBM Notes pattern.
- To match the calendars in IBM Notes and CRM Desktop, it creates the list of exceptions for this activity.

- Adds an exception to the exceptions dates list of the activity.
- Adds a new activity that does not repeat.
