The putDimensions Element
An operation which creates each of the given dimensions or updates them if they already exist.
Element putDimensions : dimensionDescriptionRecords
The putDimensions element cannot have "xsi:nil" as an attribute. The putDimensions element in XML instance can be substituted with other elements.
