ClearTrial offers the following parameters you can configure to meet your organization's business needs and best practices of your users. If you would like to request to edit any of these from the ClearTrial default value stated below, please contact ClearTrial Support.
Login Attempts Limit (Default Value = 5): Number of login attempts before users are locked out of the application.
Password Expiration Time (Default Value = No Default Value): User passwords to expire after a certain period of time. When enabling this, all users who have not changed their passwords within the configured interval will be forced to change their password immediately on their next login.
Minimum Password Length (Default Value = 8): Number of minimum characters required for user passwords. User passwords are required to have a minimum of 8 characters and have a maximum of 20 characters.
Session Expiration Time (Default Value = No Default Value): User's browser session to expire after a certain period of time.
Hide ClearTrial Default Template (Default Value = Not Hidden): Hides the ClearTrial Default System Template (by default) in the list of Plan Templates from which to choose when creating a plan. Users can reveal and use the ClearTrial Default System Template at any time by clicking on the link to show it.
Prohibit ClearTrial Default Template (Default Value = Not Prohibited): Prohibits the use of the ClearTrial Default System Template by users whithout the ability to reveal and use it.
System Administrator Email (Default Value = cleartrial-support_ww@oracle.com): The System Administrator Email that users will be directed to contact for user account requests.
System Administrator Name (Default Value = ClearTrial Support): The System Administrator Name that users will be directed to contact for user account requests.
System Administrator Phone (Default Value = +1 (877) 206-4846): The System Administrator phone number that users will be directed to call for user account requests.
