Document Details – Forms Tab

The Forms tab of the Document Detail displays information about the forms associated with the selected document:

• the Name of the selected form
• a Description of the selected form
• the Letter Type of the form
• the Region of the form
• the Category of the form

From this tab, you can use the View menu to:

• display and hide columns
• reorder columns
• perform a query by example

You can also:

• perform a query by example by clicking
• refresh the view by clicking to the right of the Document Detail header
