public class AuthorizationDeniedException

extends RuntimeException

Authorization denied.

• Cause: An operation was attempted for which the user was not authorized.
• Action: Retry the operation as an authorized user or validate the authenticated user's assigned roles.
• Cause: A sealed content operation was attempted which was not authorized.
• Action: Ensure that the authenticated user has the appropriate license to perform the sealing, resealing, peeking, or unsealing operation. Check that the classification key set is valid. Check the the classification URL is correct. Check that the licenses are not checked out to a different device.

The error message associated with this exception is:

IRM-01061: Not authorized to perform this operation.
