The context template already exists. Duplicate context template UUIDs are not allowed within the same Domain.

• Cause: A context template UUID was specified that already exists.
• Action: Use a different context template UUID. A context template UUID must be unique within the same domain.

The error message associated with this exception is:

IRM-01039: The context template \"{0}\" already exists.

This exceptions is used as a fault in web services endpoint interfaces.
