The addOrUpdateRecords Element
Specifies a set of assignments to add to one or more specified records in the MDEX. If no record exists, a record is created that both matches the record specifier and contains the given assignments.
Element IngestChanges/addOrUpdateRecords : AddOrUpdateRecords  [0 .. *]
The addOrUpdateRecords element cannot have "xsi:nil" as an attribute. The addOrUpdateRecords element in XML instance can be substituted with other elements.
