The recordSpecifier Element
Specifies a set of records to apply the operations to.
Element UpdateRecords/recordSpecifier : RecordSpecifier  [1 .. 1]
The recordSpecifier element cannot have "xsi:nil" as an attribute. The recordSpecifier element in XML instance can be substituted with other elements.
