The deleteAssignments Element
Specifies a set of assignments to remove wherever they occur on the record set.
Element UpdateRecords/deleteAssignments : RecordDelta  [0 .. *]
The deleteAssignments element cannot have "xsi:nil" as an attribute. The deleteAssignments element in XML instance can be substituted with other elements.
