The replaceAssignments Element
Specifies a set of assignments to replace. Any assignment on the record set with an attribute that appears in this element is deleted. All assignments in this element are subsequently added to all records in the set.
Element UpdateRecords/replaceAssignments : RecordDelta  [0 .. *]
The replaceAssignments element cannot have "xsi:nil" as an attribute. The replaceAssignments element in XML instance can be substituted with other elements.
