JaxRsMonitoringInfoRuntimeMBean.ExecutionTimeAverageHigh Execution Time (milliseconds) Provides the highest time taken (in millis) by an execution. Returns 0 if it was never invoked.

JaxRsMonitoringInfoRuntimeMBean.ExecutionTimeHighLow Execution Time (milliseconds) Provives the lowest time taken(in millis) by an execution. Returns 0 if it was never invoked.
