Interface used by the URLFactory when creating unique URLs.

`boolean`	`urlExists(java.net.URL url)` Returns `false` if the specified `URL` is unique.

urlExists

boolean urlExists(java.net.URL url)

Returns false if the specified URL is unique. An URL is unique if it points to a resource that does not currently exist, either at the actual location or within any in-memory caches. Returns true otherwise.
