The Update Workspace Definition File Dialog

A workspace definition file is based on a Studio library workspace. To ensure you are using the most current version of the Studio workspace, you need to update the associated workspace definition file.

Use the Update Workspace Definition File dialog to update a workspace definition file that has been generated by the Docupresentment Web Service.

This dialog has the following fields:

• Workspace Definition Service URL – the web address of the Docupresentment web service
  • this service is used to download the workspace definition file
  • a system administrator or Studio administrator usually supplies this URL
• the name of the Workspace
• The file path of the Workspace Definition File

To update the WDF, click Download. The Status of the download indicates the progress of the update.
