Starting the P6 Team Member for iOS App
When returning to the app after exiting, you do not have to configure any settings. If you are using SSO, you will periodically be prompted to re-authenticate your session per security settings at your organization.
You must be connected to a network to start and run the app.
- On the iOS Home screen, tap
Team Member.
- On the P6 Team Member Task List, swipe right or tap
App Menu to open the app menu. On the app menu, review the list of task types available, their quantities, and the date and time when you last downloaded task information from the server. Here you can also set the app to run offline or online (iPad only) and open the settings popover.
Notes:
- To refresh the Task List and all available task data, swipe down anywhere on the app menu, exposing the
Loading icon. Continue to pull the app menu down until the loading icon spins. Task data from the server will be downloaded to your device. This function is not available when the app is not connected to the P6 server.
- The app will automatically refresh task information when you start a new session, manually reconnect to the P6 server, or save task changes while connected to the P6 server.
