Viewing and Updating Codes and UDFs

Codes and UDFs provide additional information about your tasks. Your project manager may require you to update this information.

To view and update codes and UDFs:

1. In the Task List, tap the task you want to update.
2. Tap Codes and UDFs, if available.
3. A code or UDF will be selectable if you have privileges to update it. Codes and UDFs that are gray are for information only and cannot be updated. Select a field and use the controls for the field to update its value.
4. Tap Save.

Tips

• The range for integers is -2,147,483,647 to 2,147,483,647.
• The range for numbers is -1,000,000,000,000.00 to 1,000,000,000,000.00.
