Viewing Related Tasks and Contacting Associated Resources

You can view and contact resources assigned to a task's predecessor and successor tasks. This can help you better manage your progress with respect to the overall project plan.

To view a task's related tasks and contact resources assigned to related tasks:

1. On the Task List, tap a task.
2. Tap Related Tasks. If your tasks has no related tasks, this row will not be available.
3. If a task has resources assigned, the Associated Resources icon displays. Tap a task to view a list of resources assigned to that task.
4. In the Resources popover, tap a resource you would like to contact.

   Note: The email feature is only available if the resource has an email address assigned in P6.

5. Compose your message.
6. Tap Send.
