Unscheduled Visit page

The following task uses this page:

• Adding an unscheduled visit.

  Fields in the Unscheduled Visit page

  Field	Description	Note
  Visit Name	Name for the unscheduled visit.	Required. Name cannot contain punctuation or special characters.
  Actual Visit Date	The date of the unscheduled visit.	Required.
  EDC tab	If you are scheduling an onsite visit, click to display the EDC Forms Library.
  ePRO tab	If you are scheduling an ePRO session, click to display the ePRO Forms Library.
  Available Forms	Forms you can select for the unscheduled visit.
  Selected Forms	Forms you have selected for the unscheduled visit.	Depending on how your study was set up, forms may appear in the Selected Forms list automatically.
  Buttons
  Add>	Adds the selected forms to the Selected Forms list.
  Add All >>	Adds all the available forms to the Selected Forms list.
  <Remove	Removes the selected forms from the Selected Forms list.
  <<Remove All	Removes all the forms from the Selected forms list.
