Visit Landing page

Note: If a Visit Landing page has been designed for your study, you must complete the Visit Landing page before you can enter patient data. The forms are read-only until you complete the Visit Landing page.

Fields in the Visit Landing page

Field

Description

Note

Missed Visit checkbox

Marks a visit as Missed (M).

Marks all forms for the missed visit as inactive.

Appears post-Visit 1.

Expected Visit Date

Date scheduled for the visit when a new patient is enrolled.

Read-only.

Appears post-Visit 1.

Scheduled Visit Date

Date that was originally scheduled for the visit.

After a visit is completed, the OutcomeLogix application calculates the next visit date, which then appears as the Scheduled Visit Date.

Appears post-Visit 1.

Actual Visit Date

Date and time you started the current visit.

Typically, this is today's date and time.

Discontinue button

Ends the visit and removes the patient from the study.

The patient becomes inactive but is not removed from the site.

Available starting with the second visit.

Audit Trail button ()

Displays changes made to the fields on the Visit Landing page and the audit trail for signatures on forms.

 

Action buttons and Status and Review icons

Action buttons appear in the lower right corner of the page and perform the selected action on the page.

Status and Review icons appear in the page title bar and the lower left corner of the page and show any system- or user-applied statuses applied to the visit.
