Adding a repeating visit

A repeating visit is a scheduled visit that occurs multiple times.

1. Select Patients ().

   The Patient List page appears.

2. In the Visit Name column, click the Visit link for the patient.

   The Visit Landing page or the first form within the selected visit appears.

3. In the navigation pane, click Create Repeating Visit.

   The Repeating Visit page appears.

4. From the Repeating Visit drop-down list, select the repeating visit.
5. Optionally, if your study permits it, in the Visit Name field, update the name of the repeating visit instance.
6. Click Submit.

   The repeating visit is added to the patient visit list displayed in the navigation pane and on the Patient Summary page, following the original visit.
