Selecting a visit or form

1. Select Patients ().

   The Patient List page appears.

2. Locate the patient.
3. In the Visit Name column, select the Visit Name link.

   Depending on the design of your study, the OutcomeLogix application displays the first form for the visit or the Visit Landing page appears. If the Visit Landing page appears, you must complete the page or you are not allowed to enter patient data. The forms are read-only.

   Note: The selected visit is highlighted in the navigation pane at the left and has been expanded to list the forms that comprise the visit.

1. Select Patients ().

   The Patient List page appears.

2. Click the Summary link for the patient.

   The Patient Summary page appears.

3. To navigate to a specific visit, click a Visit link.

   or

   To navigate to a specific form:

   1. Expand a visit by clicking the arrow to the left of the visit.
   2. Click the form name.

After opening a visit or form, you can:

• Select another form within the visit from the navigation pane.
• Select another visit from the navigation pane to expand it and select a form.
