Starting a visit from the Visit Landing page

If your study has been designed to display the Visit Landing page at the start of each visit, the Visit Landing page appears when you select a visit from the Patient List page or a visit or a form from the Patient Summary page. The Visit Landing page might also appear during patient enrollment after you and the patient sign the Informed Consent Document. You record the date and time of the visit on the Visit Landing page.

  1. Select Patients (Patients icon. Click to navigate to the Patient List page.).

    The Patient List page appears.

  2. Locate the patient.
  3. Click the Summary link for the patient.

    The Patient Summary page appears.

  4. Select a visit or form.
  5. If a Visit Landing page has been designed for your study, you must complete the Visit Landing page before you can enter patient data. The forms are read-only until you complete the Visit Landing page.
    1. Fill in the fields as necessary. You must enter the date and time of the actual visit. For more information, see Visit Landing page.
    2. Click Submit.

    The first form in the visit appears for entry. To display a different form, click the form name in the navigation pane on the left.
