Data Export page

The following task uses this page:

Note: If the study is designed to contain Personal/Protected Health Information, and designers and sponsors choose to encrypt it, they have the ability to indicate which items on forms contain sensitive information that should be encrypted and also excluded from email messages, data exports, and reports by default.

Choose an export type

Format in which to export data: PDF or XLS.

 

Language

Language for the export.

 

Adobe PDF exports

 

 

Client

OutcomeLogix client server to connect to.

Required.

PDF Type

Type of PDF to generate:

  • Unannotated—Export forms only.
  • Annotated—Export forms with annotations; for example, tables listing controls used in the form, their type, data type, maximum length, and name displayed on the page.
  • Patient—Export data for specific patients, including status histories and audit trails.

 

Include

Base the export on:

  • All Patients—Export all patients.
  • Specific Site—Export a specific site.
    • Site ID—Select the specific site to export from the drop-down list.
  • Specific Patient—Export a specific patient.
    • Patient ID—Select the patient to export from the drop-down list, which appears in ascending order by creation date.

When Patient is selected from the PDF Type drop-down list, these options appear.

Include EDC Forms

Whether to include EDC forms.

Includes forms completed by site users.

Include ePRO Forms

Whether to include ePRO forms.

Includes forms completed by patients (patient forms).

Include Observer Forms

Whether to include observer forms.

Includes forms completed by observers (patient forms).

Study Arm

Arm of the study to export.

Select the arm from the Study Arm drop-down list.

Include Audit Trail

Whether to include the audit trail.

Appears only when Patient is selected from the PDF Type drop-down list.

Include Query List

Whether to include the query list.

Appears only when Patient is selected from the PDF Type drop-down list.

Include Status Histories

Whether to include form, visit, and patient status histories, including patient transfers.

Appears only when Patient is selected from the PDF Type drop-down list.

Form Type

Type of forms to export:

  • All—Export all forms.
  • EDC—Export EDC forms only (includes Visit Landing page).
  • EPRO—Export ePRO forms only.
  • Observer—Export observer forms only.

 

Form Name

Forms to export. You can export all forms of the specified form type, or a specific form.

 

Site

Site(s) to export. You can export all sites, or a specific site.

 

Patient

Patient(s) to export. You can export all patients, or a specific patient.
