Exporting study data
To export study data to a PDF file:
- Select Export Data (
).The Export Data page appears.
- Select PDF Format.
- Fill in the fields as necessary. For more information, see Export Data page.
- Click Create File.
A link to download the file appears in the Adobe PDF History Files section.
To export study data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software file:
- Select Export Data ().
The Export Data page appears.
- Select XLS format.
- Fill in the fields as necessary. For more information, see Export Data page.
- Click Create File.
A link to download the file appears in the Microsoft Excel History Files section.
To download a file:
- Select Export Data ().
The Export Data page appears.
- At the bottom of the page, click the link for the file.
Note: If the study is designed to contain Personal/Protected Health Information, and designers and sponsors choose to encrypt it, they have the ability to indicate which items on forms contain sensitive information that should be encrypted and also excluded from email messages, data exports, and reports by default.
